FRIDAY Track sessions will be on as normal at the Mountbatten centre track and the sign on is 1815 - 1830. The session lasts for an hour or so and for £3 you can't grumble for a safe and structured ride circuit. Youth riders are more than welcome and at a pound for the session it is also very good value.

SATURDAY - Meet at The George Inn Widley 0800 for the SAFETY BRIEF. We will depart at 0810 sharp. This is the faster of the 2 weekend rides, and more info is posted in the forum as to the route and format of the ride.

SUNDAY - Meet at the George Inn Widley for 0900 for the SAFETY BRIEF. Departure will be 0910 sharp. This ride is suitable for those who are new to cycling and those wishing to build up their endurance over the winter months.Average speed is between 23kph & 25kph and no-one gets left behind on hills etc (we start as a group and finish as a group). Ride is approx 3 hrs with a stop for a brew en-route, so please bring a bit of money.
